This book has really helped to supplement my care plans when I need rationale and interventions. So far, it's the best book I've come across. I also appreciate that with the kindle edition I can do a word search and narrow down the diagnosis that I'm looking for.

Take it with me to clinical every time! I love not having to haul a big and heavy book. This book is the perfect size and it has everything you need to come up with NANDAS at the bedside. I'll be able to take it with me after school as a little reference.

Have to write daily care plans. It is so easy to look up medical dx in front. it then tells you what nursing dx goes with that medicaial dx. Then able to look up nursing interventions after each nursing dx. I work at a teaching hospital and multiple nursing student come on unit. They all love this book "easy to use, understand and write careplan"

This item was purchased for my Grand Daughter who is in Nursing School, we could not find a similar product as reasonably priced anywhere... It was shipped and received very quickly she has been using this book from the day she got it and loves it...

Just as great as the full sized 9th Ed book. I used it for clinicals during nursing school. And it's a smaller size which was great when you had to carry around a bunch of things. I like that things are easy to find and read in this book. It's a great reference book to use at work too.

This review isn't for the book itself, it's really for 's failings with digital content. Book seems ok otherwise, but it's basically unusable in Kindle format because it doesn't have page numbers (it has "location" numbers, whatever those are). If you need to cite it in a paper or care plan, you can't. I'm not sure why they don't have page numbers, especially considering the fact that you can buy textbooks and other reference books in Kindle format (and apparently this is a problem with other books as well). My other complaint is that has no way to return digital content, so you're just forced to buy something useless. I see what they're doing, but that doesn't mean it's not total b.s. In short, if you need a care plan book, buy the real thing.

I had purchased 3 Nursing Diagnosis texts and this is by far my favorite! It is small/compact, easy to use, & invaluable. I love the layout of the text & how it makes it incredibly easy to write a Nursing Care Plan. I would recommend this for every nursing student!
