Nursing Care Plans: Nursing Diagnosis and Intervention Nursing Care Plans: Nursing Diagnosis and Intervention is better.I have not found an oppertunity to use this book; I have to write a care plan every week and use the above book instead.The contents are not listed with NANDA diagnosis', instead they are listed with problems that are too specific.Example: Last week I had to do a care plan with the diagnosis Anxiety. In this book, my choices of care plans to look at are Anxiety related to: alcohol, angina, benign prostatic hyperplasma, hyperthyroidism, on and on with specific choices.Nursing Care Plans: Nursing Diagnosis and Interventionhas Anxiety.
