This package doesn't come with the skills DVD. It's apparent that someone had opened the package and removed the DVD, as the ISBN number on the shrink wrap is for a complete package including DVD. So if you need the videos find a listing that specifies that the DVD is included!
Just opened the workbook before my state board exam and it has some MAJOR flaws. Some of the answers it gives for the practice test are completely wrong. I'm shocked this was allowed to be published. I did not use it after seeing so many errors.
The book is great! The only reason I'm giving the workbook 3 stars is because the person who made the workbook did not think ahead of time and made all the pages printed on front and back. So when you go to turn in a chapter for instance chapter 1..the first page of chapter two will be in the back of chapter 1s last page. It's a problem when you have to turn these pages in because then you're missing pages from certain chapters.
The information in the books are great, but my textbook had a couple pages with huge, light pink smears. It looks like water damage or printing issues. Unfortunately, it's not only annoying to look at but the pages with smears are unreadable... Shouldn't have wasted my money here...
Since this is a textbook with workbook bundle, the idea of renting this bundle is a very bad idea. Once you go through the workbook, fill out the exercises and possibly tear out assignments, it won't be able to be returned, and full price will have to be paid.
It came with everything I needed, the book, workbook, and CD!
I was so afraid that I wasn't going to get these in time for school however they came in a matter of like 5 business days! It was awesome and I'm so excited about using them!!!!!
Came in a timely manner. The books were vacuum sealed and had no damage. Exactly what I needed for my CNA class. Brand new and I am quite pleased with the purchase.
