Do not purchase this book the seller HEINLE CENGAGE Learning sells the book without sending the Book Key as a result I have to purchased a key separately and costed me $70.00. I tried to contact the seller to give me a book key but no avail.
the main feature of the book that i need is the book key so that i can access online learning modules and assignments. NOT AVAILABLE
I needed the online book key to access online assignments and it didn't come with one. I did not read anywhere that it would not have a code and since I bought it NEW I was under the impression that it would.
The loose leaf edition does not include a online access code. Again it does not include and online access code for the online work book. It has a very misleading description considering the fact that states the following, "flexible introductory Italian instruction with its state-of-the-art online technology package" (I copied-and-pasted this). To say I am disappointed is miniscule to how upset I am. After returning the first copy I was sent a new book and was promised the inclusion of an access code, however, I received yet another copy of the book with out a code.
Very unhappy I can't track my order and it's shipping very late. I needed it for class which has already started and doesn't come with an access code so I had to pay an extra $70 so I ended up wasting my money.
