It is my first time hear about Kratom. This book does great work not just to introduce us about kratom, but also includes the history, backup research, and the pros & cons of using one. The author even tells how we could take it in all kind of forms. After reading this book, I started to wonder if there is any product or supplement has Kratom as one of the ingredients. I am so ready to explore more about it. Thanks for the great writing and informative book. I have learned a lot.
Could use more info on prep & measurements......but otherwise a general read for beginners.
