The first 108 pages are medications to know. Pages 109-184 cover terms. 185-454 are questions and answers. There are pages that have wasted space (see picture) but honestly I like the format of this book. Each page has a term/question and the next page has the answer. The compact size makes it convenient to take anywhere.
More than just flashcards, online test prep too!! The way the book is organized and set up make it very easy to understand. It would be nice if the flashcards had the ability to be pulled out or pre cut.
My students use this book to study for the PTCB, some find it useful others do not but overall the program has a 80% pass rate with its use. Good idea for studying and I like the additional mobile app.
Excellent book! I used it and passed both Pharmacy certification exams with great scores. Convenient size to take with you and study in free moments.

Really helpful questions, general pharmacy information, and drug information in the book. As well as online access to flashcards and practice quizzes that are styled after the actual PTCE!I passed the PTCE by using this review book/online review, as well as other resources.
Lovely review book. Will recommended it over and over again. I am not giving the new book a five because the online test you get when you get the new book not worth the extra price. The old book still works perfectly if well studied.
I have to say, that given I have been taking many practice tests over many different venues, this one has the most errors...not good since some folks dont learn from the mistakes of editors, but I do thankfully....here you go just to name a few..I took the quizes online, (I dont know if the errors transcend on to the pages but here you go) let me warn you, even though you pick the right answer, it flags it as wrong, then in rationale it will actually site your answer as the correct one...!!! FRUSTRATING> Quiz 1, Section 1 number 39, no matter what you do, you cannot come to that answer,dont know what calculator they used. Quiz 2, Section 1 number 10, I said the correct answer and it was sited as the correct one, but with a different choice letter...so it was right!, Quiz 2, section 1, number 13...um..YES...I was right..based on the question, and you said I was right, but it flagged a different choice as the correct answer...I guess in proof reading and trying to learn from our wrong answers we can learn we are correct, but that's plain ridiculous.!
