Great book on set up, including dose of lidocaine and steroids for injections for lots of musculoskeletal injuries. It's given me confidence to do injections I haven't done before and has helped me to be successful.
I am getting ready to graduate as an FNP and this was recommended to me by a DO I worked with in clinic. VERY helpful book when going to do injections. GREAT BOOK with GREAT PICTURES
Newer version of a classic text. Makes for a quick reference guide if needed and has served me well with PA and med students while instructing them how to do basic injections. Only issue is the medications used are not always consistent with what I use so dosing isn't relevant
Covers many more injections than I would ever do comfortably in Family Practice, but is a helpful resource.
