I purchased this edition for my daughter who attends a full-immersion Mandarin Chinese language school. Her teacher is a native speaker of Chinese and this is the classroom dictionary used in the classroom. It is easy to reference for English speakers. Recommended for academic use.

The book is very helpful and I can look up Chinese characters and vocabulary during my work. Highly recommend to people who deal with Chinese work!
