As common sense would suggest you cannot produce a high quality edition of 20+ books in translation from a notoriously difficult author and pay peanuts. The work is simply a concatenation of text that has been grabbed from freely available sources on the internet. If you are Ok with that just go to Project Gutenberg and download the text yourself.It is hard enough to read Nietzsche in full academic editions that have had months of work put into them by experts. Do yourself a favour: pick a single Nietzsche book that you are interested in and buy one of the Kindle single book editions that has the possibility of being thoroughly edited and will reward your time and money.
While it may be convenient to get these on Kindle, these translations have all been superseded: usually by extremely accurate and readable (but not soaring) Walter Kaufmann translations. Most of these translations are ones that Kaufmann excoriates in his exceptionally important Nietzsche: Philosopher, Psychologist, Antichrist (Princeton 3rd ed. 1968) which almost singlehandedly rehabilitated Nietzsche in the English-speaking world. If you have German, you can access the texts on line in solid editions, as well as facsimiles of early editions.
I don't like too much this collection. The best is that it is very cheap. The worst is that the edition is too poor. I dislike very much the indention. There are no breaks in the text, no new paragraphs; neither on quotations, nor on changing the chapter. You don't know when you are reading the proper book or a Nietzsche's quotation to other book. The Latin phrases (the same for other languages) are neither translated, nor marked with some special type or font. The dashes are written without spaces, so several words appear joined and this fact make the dictionary useless. Sometimes appear bugs in the text, but that is the less... The edition is old, and are not included the new discovers about Nietzsche's will about some books editions. Some prologues by Elisabeth Foster are... you know... that is the person who distorted Nietzsche's work.I recommend this collection for people who want to get a general idea of Nietzsche's work; but if you want to be on the edge, perhaps it will be better to looking for another edition.
Amazing to get this many works for such a low price (which is the only reason I give this even 2 stars), but the bargain is not everything it seems. These are not the best translations. I would suggest spending the money for the Modern Library's "Basic Writings" or "The Portable Nietzsche" instead. Those are terrific translations by Walter Kauffman. A lot of Nietzsche's wit gets lost in bad translations, so the reader can really miss out.
Pages appear out of place, there is no index or ability to skip to the book you want within the collection.Typos and punctuation errors throughout.Not worth the $1.99
I have previously read 'Thus Spake Zarathustra' and have read small extracts from other Nietzsche books. I have always wanted to read the book again and also to read all of Nietzsche's work. That is why I am extremely happy with this collection. It is very comprehensive and I am very happy to have the additional biography as it sounds quite interesting. The table of contents is also very detailed and makes navigation very easy. And at this price, I'm can't really ask for more. So I highly recommend it.
The Kindle version has a LOT of typos. Mainly words not separated by a space, or truncated. Another garbash edition put hastily together by  to ripoff its customers.
These works were edited by Nietzsche's sister they are considered forgers I have no interest in forgeries except as forgeries which is what they should be clearly sold as.
