The book has many scenarios and anecdotes. It reads more like a history and a reference book rather than a teaching book.
Great book for nurses interested in learning the real nuts and bolts of public health nursing. Includes the public health nursing assessment tool which is beneficial.
This book was required reading for a class. After reading the first two chapters, I really didn't need it anymore.
