There are no chapter headings at the top of the pages. The book was very disorganized and extremely difficult to use. Classmates felt the same. The index did not fully capture the needs of the student. The index did not cover topics needed.
The book meanders a lot, is repetitious, and lacks accessible concrete tools for practice.
