The information in this book is absolutely correct as far as it applies to my life by explaining a puzzle I was not aware of concerning my health.For health reasons and for over 40 years it was imperative for me to eat food high in protein at least twice a day and one tablet of vitamin C at least once a day. When I tell people my age, they don’t understand what makes me look 20 years younger, free of aches and pains, and maintain a healthy head of hair. My answer is that I eat right and exercise heavily. I often questioned whether my diet and exercise regime are the key secret to my good health and strength at age 75, and this book confirmed that my approach was right. I found the answer in her book.

Poco profundo, esperaba otro tipo de argumentación, me había formado tal vez una expectativa alta con respecto a lo que iba a encontrar, al final, me queda debiendo.
