This is a great read! And reveals one of our modern day heroes in the USA. John Perkins hascarried on the biblical roots of the Civil Rights movement. This book shows the power of the Gospel ofJesus Christ when a black civil rights leader and a KKK member can end up working together.
A good telling of a difficult story. It was open and honest, and a uniquely American story. Well worth the time reading it.
This is easily one of the most powerful books I've ever read; very eye opening. I almost couldn't put it down.
