Being an older sibling of twins can be a challenge (especially when your two siblings are sharing and celebrating a birthday). This series of books is a wonderful resource. We bought this book for a gift for our oldest child to give on the birthday of the twins. It was great!

This is the third book in the Paris series. This one covers the twin sisters first birthday. At first Paris feels a bit left out. Then her parents let her help plan the party and pick out presents. She even gets to invite one of her friends. Most of the twins gets are also twins! Paris helps the twins blow out the candles and open presents. This ebook will be easy for young children to understand. Young children should also enjoy the bright and fun illustrations.

Demonstrates great ethics about family with use of words & colorful pictures. The characters are still animated, but look very lifelike as well. Really cute idea in this book about the birthday party.

As a child psychologist and a parent of 4, I highly recommend the Paris Morris book series. My kids love the bright, charming illustrations and the voice of the child narrator. I am impressed at how complex issues such as sibling rivalry are dealt with in such simple and elegant prose. The travel books are excellent as well. The whole series very effectively presents a "child's-eye"point of view.

This is the third book in the Paris series that I have gotten for my niece and she just can't get enough of them. The twins are now a year old and it isn't all sunshine and ainbows for Paris anymore. As the twins birthday approaches she begins to feel left out because all of the attention is on them. But rather than getting upset or bummed out she does what all kids should do and rolls up her sleeves to help her siblings. It's a great lesson and one that all kids can learn. As with all the Paris books the story is perfect for young kids and the illustrations continue to be top notch. If you have bought the first two in the series this one is a no brainer!

This book was beautifully illustrated! Every page had wonderful illustrations and was perfect for the children's eye. In the beginning, Paris was jealous of her new baby sisters--a typical experience for any only child. However, by the end of the story, she writes "I'm glad I have twin sisters." A cute realization of how attitudes can change once new babies come into a family! Another great read by the author. I enjoy reading all her books and I also enjoy looking at the beautiful artwork. A+ work once again!
