I teach EKG interpretation to 4th year medical students and provide each student with a copy of this book. It fits into a lab coat pocket. There is a small EKG tracing with each example. Provides more information than most entry level interpreters need, but is a fantastic resource. Highly recommended.

I bought this book becuase I needed a quick and easy-to-carry ECG tool. This is the pocket version of the O'Keefe ECG book and has all the ECG reading criteria, minus the clinical cases. It is easy to browse and can make your life a lot easier especially when you have to read hundreds of ECGs a day.

Great teaching resource for my ECG course. The information is written in a very clear, concise and precise manner and also presented very logically in the book. I use the book not only as an augmentation to the ECG textbook we are using, but I also keep it at my side so I can look up information quickly and easily. I'm grateful to have this book for my course and it is definitely making understanding ECG easier for my students.

This book is useless to serve any purpose. Disorganized and impossible to follow. ECG examples (showing only one lead) absolutely serve no purpose to explain something as simple as LVH. Total waste of money.

A fantastic resource, especially for medical students and residents, to get a better grasp on ECG's. Very to the point and nicely organized so you can find exactly what you are looking without flipping through a massive text book that is more than most students/residents would ever need to know.

Excellent book, well organized with useful ( though not comprehensive) index at the end. Useful for cardiology trainees. Also helpful for trainees in Internal Medicine and anesthesiology.

I bought this book with "The complete guide to ECG's". The pocket version is easy to carry, but still contains all you need to know about ECG interpretation. It's extremely useful in my day's work in which I sometimes need to make very quick decisions based on ECG findings.Even not being english speaking both books provide me with all the important ECG knowlegde there is to know in my profession

Despite the rush to have all of your reference material available on your smart phone, having a quick print reference for EKGs that's small enough to fit in a white-coat pocket is still a good idea. I use this book more frequently than I'd originally expected to. Great quick review of digitalis effect, pacemakers, etc. IM resident approved!
