An exceptional text for Cardiothoracic trainees, no question... and deserves 5 stars for content... but.....Sadly this kindle version doesn't link the 'Table of Contents' to the text on an iPad (and presumably on a Kindle Reader). This means you are forced to look up the page number of your desired chapter & then enter it in the 'go to page' tab to find what you want. Hardly exhausting but inconvenient nevertheless.If you own an iPad you are better to purchase this through the apple store where navigation is easier. A great text let down by a simple failing.
I recommend it to all residents. Very well organised and very clear in what concerns the various subjects treated. Congratulations to the authors
