Probably best text on the subject out there. It has altered how I do some surgery and improved our consent forms. In the electronic world it might be nice to include a DVD or password to locked online clips of surgery - but it would probably all end up on YouTube.
Excellent book. Never see something like this. Very helpful when you start to make vaginal cosmetics.
