This is a good beginning book - upperclass (BSW) or basic MSW level. It's not too complicated to understand. If you are looking for a lot of real information - this is too basic. Go elsewhere.
I got this book for my class. This was definitely the best rental deal I could find. I wouldn't necessarily say I'd read this book on my free time but for a research text book its pretty good.
Helpful and useful text if you are thinking of doing qualitative research
A bit of a dry read. But full of useful information
