The book is absolutely wonderful, but too scarce and much too expensive for practitioners. It apparently is also out of print. I wish the author would print another edition of this spectacular resource.S. Dole
This book was used as a training manual and textbook for a class I took. It was really informative and thorough. I also found a lot of information that I can use in planning activities in my current position. That was my reason for purchasing a copy for myself. It will be very helpful. Great learning tool.
