As feminist legal scholar Catharine MacKinnon observes, abortion “does not liberate women; it frees male sexual aggression.” Abortion is the ultimate get-out-of-jail-free card for men with non-committal sex lives. Another agenda is at work as well. Men use abortion to advance their racist, eugenic, and population control dreams and schemes, as Fisher shows, citing their own words. If men gave us abortion, men can end it as well. Fisher outlines why and how, and he urges men to take up the task with courageous women. He lays out a five-point plan for men to “with humility, faithfulness, and relentless perseverance, commit our time, resources, energy, heart, and testimony to ending abortion in America for the sake of women, men, and the family.”

This book, written by a man, shows a deep understanding of the true nature of abortion with respect to the liberation of women. It is obvious he completed much research, and has been observing astutely for a long time. Far from being a method of liberation, abortion is one of the most insidious ways to enslave women ever devised.The first part of the book is history, showing how and why abortion was outlawed in the first place, and the role the feminist movement of the 19th century played in protecting women and children by law. They reluctantly accepted the help of men, particularly through the American Medical Association. I had the opportunity to talk to Alice Paul before she died, and I could hear the pain in her voice as she talked about the way in which abortion destroyed her life's work, the Equal Rights Amendment, and how all of the feminist leaders of her day were opposed to abortion in the first place.It also includes a history of the philosophy behind Planned Parenthood. Founded by a eugenicist, its real purpose was to eliminate "undesirable" races and people in poverty or with perceived low mentality. This purpose has never changed, and in fact, Planned Parenthood's targeting of minorities is blatant.Throughout the first part, Fisher documents how it was MEN who gave us abortion on demand in the past few decades, NOT WOMEN.Fisher discusses the way in which abortion helps men who want to take advantage of women. In particular abortion is helpful to the man who refuses to grow up and simply wants as much pleasure as possible, at the expense of women.
