Reading the footnotes will open your eyes. The research he has done is fantastic. The is a book to read and pass to people close to you!
Just listened to Ian's synopsis of what this book is about and it makes a LOT of sense. I cannot believe someone would give this author and book a negative review. He is trying to help and do his small part to wake up the majority of people that are just sitting around doing nothing.
Everyone loves to hear those words "Gosh, you were right". I know I do. Except this once. This time my "paranoia" hasn't gone far enough. Not nearly far enough. I'm only at the start of chapter 4, and I am astonished at the depth of the invasion of our lives by the state/corporations (which is the same thing really). This is an absolute must read book for everyone on the planet, the only challenge being that by the time the book was written and published it was already out of date, such is the pace of technological progress. Still, it gives an extremely valuable insight into what's really going on, and into just how trapped we-the-people really are. It's far scarier than any Steven King book.Time to get smart people, and count the cost of our convenience.Having now finished this book, it goes so much deeper than just your fridge being used to spy on you (which it is, by the way). It covers so much more. It goes almost to the very heart of the matter (Hiding in Plain Sight by Ken Bowers goes the rest of the way, and more) and gives an excellent, well documented, description of what's really going on in the world at some of the most senior levels. The conspiracy "theory" is in reality a very well documented fact.You might well be surprised to learn what several prominent religions are really up to, or what the not so innocent and benevolent United Nations has in store for you and your family via some very questionable international treaties being enforced by your local government. Like Article 2.2 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCROC). Like rat poison coated in sugary goodness the UN is one serious global problem.My paranoia wasn't nearly bad enough.
Do you have any idea just how tightly tied up this country will (VERY) soon become? How about a glimpse into our future and what can we do about it? If you have a curiosity (or suspicion) of what it really means to embrace the UN, then you had better pick up this book to either confirm, or educate yourself. You will be surprised and amazed (amazed at what has already been going on, and for how many years!)Read it and get ready for the ride!Ever seen the movie 'Logan's run?' This may very well be our reality . . . Don't be dumbed down any longer for the Bible talks about how there will be 'scoffers,' and it also says that when these signs are seen, we need stand up and lift our heads for our redemption draw's near. Be warned! Our redemption draw's VERY near!
Ian Wishart has clearly put a phenomenal amount time and research into this book. He has foot notes of references for nearly every statement he makes (which I truly appreciate) It is also reassuring to see how the conclusions that took me years to reach are so articulately and comprehensively laid out in print.Excellent Work. Good to see the truth getting out!
This excellent book is a must read for anyone with an interest in politics, regardless of your political point of view. It represents investigative reporting at its finest, and most disturbing, level.
Totalitaria is a very interesting and thought provoking book by Ian Wishart.Well worth reading but quite alarming in terms of the degree of surveillance and control being exhibited 24/7 all over the world.
You can decide to put your head in the sand and believe everything will be ok. That's ok.You can believe that the system is designed to look after you with your best interest at heart. That's ok.But, you will pay the price and so will your children and grandchildren. If that's not ok, read this book.Ian has done some good research and presented it with very extensive references.I highly recommend this look at what's going on at a global scale.
