Mantak Chia's view about sex or love may be the better understanding I may have found. It is not that I share all his views about life, love and the Cosmos, it is that his views help to understand the spiritual value of sex or love.
Love the books , ordered them for a Tantra couple I work with. Unfortunately they were thrown in with a pilates mat and a few of the pages got severely crunched & torn.

This book was not as much use for me as personal instruction and/or video in this spiritual discipline would first be needed. This book is more so a supplement to prior training. Various breathing techniques and movements are not easily learned or performed correctly from looking at pics in a book or reading text...they have to be demonstrated and the student should be able to demonstrate to instructor that they have the correct form.
