Neurotmesis, neurorhaphy, and nerve repairs are discussed with reference to techniques. Susan MacKinnon MD, plastic surgeon, contributes her own chapter. She is a well known peripheral nerve surgeon. I have no reservation in recommending this book to residents, students, fellows, and experienced surgeons whatsoever.
