I absolutely love this product! I have a student I tutor in Spanish and he's been struggling until I ordered this book. He wasn't grasping concepts that I was teaching him. With this book he was learning a lot faster and was able to retain more information that he was learning in our sessions. He was a lot more willing to learn because there are coloring and crossword options for him to do while learning. I have been teaching Spanish for 29 years. This is an excellent, basic resource which I use as a supplement to my Spanish 1 and 2 courses for remediation and enrichment. My students seem to gain confidence in their skills and enjoy the new vocabulary presented in the activities. I highly recommend any of the Cynthia Downs titles! For the elementary and middle school level I recommend. Spanish, Grades K - 5: Elementary (Skills for Success). and. Spanish: Middle / High School (Skills for Success)
I liked this product very much! It covered a great deal of vocabulary instead of the same handful you find in other workbooks.
