It's a good comprehensive introduction of the field, which was very handy for someone that had no experience with International Relation, and was getting ready to read a lot more dense books in the subject. It has been good in my preparations for the diplomacy career.There was a very bad incident with Cambridge University though. In the book, they offer you access to extra material through a link, but when I contact them, I was refused access to the content based on the fact that I have bought the book from ?! I found the answer from the editor very disrespectful for me as a customer, and still know I am arguing with in order to get access to the extra content. For me it's a disrespect with the reader that had paid such a higher price for the book.
