This is a wonderful tool that our community leaders will be able to refer to and use as a resource. It is written with plenty of helpful every day examples. We loved it.
It was OK! Bought this for a college class. The author makes some excellent points on leadership though, and some concepts I will remember for a long time.
I've used aspects of this book since it came out in 20016. Strongly recommended for anyone is an elected, volunteer, or staff leader in their community.
