I am a BSN student working in the NICU and this has been a WONDERFUL resource. It is very up to date and consistent with current clinical practice. All the nurse's on the unit say this book is their "NICU bible," and they read it from cover to cover each year.
Haven't read much yet, but I've browsed through it in the past, and it is what made me prefer this book over the NANN NICU RNC review book. Besides the colors, it is much more thorough and geared towards a newer NICU nurse like me, compared to the other RNC review book (which is more template oriented with bullet points).
Delivered promptly and a wealth of information. Love that it is from an interdisciplinary perspective.
