although it was not the origional reason for purchasing the book, I was disappointed that all the free resources the author mentions, many, many, many times in the book, are not available. The authors website does not exhist. Makes me wonder if it ever exhisted and if any of the authors claims and experiences are true. This wouldnt be a big deal, but the website and all the free downloads are mentioned so often in the book, that it was a real bummer for it to be a bogus website. Google searches for this author bring up nothing, which for a nurse that actually works is strange. makes me wonder.
the book is very good. He gives his email and web site to download forms I haven't been able to find the web page and my email was returned.
Very helpful and informational to the up and coming DON and to those who want to learn LTC! Very recommended and easy to read!
This book was great. I really enjoy the authors sense of humor and how he brings it to life. I recommend this book.
