For the KINDLE version: In an otherwise really good book, the online links that are necessary to access some of the content is extremely distracting and makes searching for topics quite inefficient. I have the 5 minute consult pediatrics from a previous year and consider that book indispensable. However after owning this one for 1-2 months I find that I am not using it as I used the other version.
I wish I had had this from the very first day of nursing school. This book is an absolute must have for anyone in nursing school, and especially NP school. Absolutely love. Truly use on a daily basis. Not one of those throw away books you use for 1 semester, then toss. You will use this for LIFE.
I really like this book. Summarized the disease process, first/second line of treatment, diagnostic test and special consideration, even included the alternative meds, medical and surgical procedures, and clinical pearls, ICD codes, etc... Got it the same day I ordered. Maybe I will update to 5 stars later. Thanks.
