With more than 100 questions that will help you study for the NCLEX I couldn’t find a better study guide to help me. The most helpful thing about the book is that it provides the answers to these questions so that you can try quizzing yourself to see how you are doing and test your information. I loved this book.
I am the new person in this field and i am only a student. I purchased this book just to get ideas about the questions and its pattern. This book has surely increased my knowledge and also I have learned many topics from this book. For me, it was a worth reading experience and i am satisfied with this.
I think every Nursing student should read this book. It has all the information need to pass the NCLEX exam. I really like this book because it has 105 questions with a complete explanation of the answer. It also has provide with strategies and guidelines that you can apply in order to make an educated guess. I like how the answers were explained. Easy to understand. A great insight, and well worth the few minutes it'll take to read it. Excellent tool to prepare for the NCLEX.The questions and answers have been discussed with explanation for the right answer to clear things out. A good exam guide indeed for nursing students! Recommended!
The frustrated Nurse in me is rejoicing when I saw that this book is for free so I just had to grab it. Yes. I’m that person who wants to hoard things, knowledge included. Ha! Anyhow, I don’t understand most of its contents (obviously they’re too technical hahaha) but I like that rationales are given in the end so the answers can be more justified. I just hope the author would take time to edit the spacing and if possible the answers should be highlighted in bold just so it would stand out from the rest of the choices and be easily identified. Saves time and effort, as well.
Now this is a second hand review. I'm not into this profession, but Chase asked me to review this study guide. After reading these hieroglyphics, I had to consult one of my RN friends. She read it over, and began to reminisce. She said she wished she had this study guide when she qualified. I learned a very long time ago, if you don't know about the subject, find an expert in the field. I give this guide a 5 star because my RN friend said this was a very legitimate manual.
Reviewing for NCLEX is not that easy. This book will guide us to make the review more easier. This is basically about Perioperative Nursing Care. It is nice to have this book because the questions are provided with the best answer. The 105 practice questions and rationales are all so helpful. The medical terms are actually hard to memorize, but since it is made like a question and answer way, then it is more comprehensible. I find reviewer so significant especially if one is planning to take this kind of exam. More easier reviewer, more efficient and convenient to have.
I gifted this book to my nursing school friend and she was able to pass the NCLEX because of it! Of course, she studied a lot prior but this book really was the cherry on top. I like that it provides answers to all the questions as it allows you to check to see how you're doing. I highly recommend for striving nurses!
Very helpful questions and answers for nurses. It helps to relearn a lot of basic information even when I haven't been a practicing nurse for quite some time now. In cases of emergency within the family or among friends, it helps to know what to do and it's good that I had a refresher thanks to this book.
