I would give this book a 10. I have suffered with this for more than 15 years with no clear understanding of what it is, how it can be treated and what lifestyle changes I can make to effect any possible relief. My physical therapists have been right on but my primary doctor as simply refused to used this terminology, where OTHER doctors has and have told me it can be treated.
Always good to understand medical problems. I thought I had diabetic neuralgia, only to find out it is Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS).
