ok, so i purchased this ebook because I thought that it would be easier to use and that I would be able to access the book on my ipad. WRONG!! I clicked on the link it says to, to redeem that book. Well, first of all, the book doesnt even load on ipad. I have the lastes Ipad with most memory drive and the newest IOS. It could work! then I tried to access it on BOTH my lap tops!!!! I click sign in on the mhlearnsmart.com website which is where the book is located..... it wont even let me sign in it keep redirecting me to the home page!! its so FRUSTRATING!!! I have a quiz on chapter 1 due firday and I cant even get to the damn book... i want me money back!! dont waste your time just buy the real deal!
Book was in a better than Used-acceptable condition. I was surprised. So when I received the book and it only had old-college used stickers and bar codes on it I was happy. There were no other damages, obvious use but not damaged. There was no highlighting, writings, or any markings within book. All I had to do was take off the stickers and then use "goo gone" and apply that to remove the glue residue.
I needed it for a class, and it was a lot cheaper than the price at the bookstore. One of the corners came bent, so I won't be able to sell it for as much as i'd like, but other than that everything worked out.
This textbook contains the fundamentals of speaking which can help enhance the users social and career skills!
Brought the book for a class my daughter is taking. She says that the book is very helpful to her.
I liked the book very much and I want to pay the difference to keep it for future reference!
