The Connect ecosystem is the worst I've ever used. The included ebook version of the book has the worst user interface I've ever seen and makes reading through the material take probably around 10 times longer than it should. If your class requires this book, do what you have to to get a print copy, or maybe a kindle edition, if it exists.
DO NOT RENT THIS BOOK IF YOU NEED THE CONNECT ACCESS!!! It does not come with one even though it says it does.
My son needed a Connect Access card for one of his college courses and we found it on for more than half the price than the school was selling it for. My son is connected to the blackboard; the product works! Very satisfied
This program is a total waste of money and extremely overpriced. The question they ask you that are supposed to be helpful did not help me in my classes. The questions were more about useless information not anything I would actually need to know. The only good thing is that if it is required for your class it comes with a digital version of the book which highlighted everything that would be a question they would answer.
I asked what it ment When it said, " what does it mean when it says with connect acsess card?". I was placedonhold for about 30 min And they told me that It only applied to new books. I am absalutly discussed. I have sold on , ONE bad review and they can sut you down. The review on this book is less than 85%. Its only ok for to screw people.Anyway, It does not come with the acsess card.
I purchased this book for a college class. I didn't open the physical book once, it is all online. That said, the online course was very confusing. Grading scheme was difficult to follow along with, and it was hard to tell what assignments are due and when. The book content was not very helpful, it is mostly common sense, with a few terms you will only use for a class, but not in practical life experience.
The book is useless if you need a computer access code for your class! The book needs to state clearly that it doesn't come with one.
Regulator Textbooks did an excellent job getting me what I wanted. Great customer service and wonderful quality in products. Would definitely purchase textbooks from them next semester. I wish every textbook seller can be like Regulator Textbooks. Thanks again Brian!!!
