It gives a basic background on many of the topics in toxicology today. As an introductory book, it seems fairly comprehensive. The break down of toxicology as it relates to organ systems is a nice way of organizing the material. The inclusion of the computational toxicology is an addition that isn't seen in many other introductory toxicology textbooks.
