I purchased the electronic version of this book. Unfortunately the table of contents lists headings, but not chapter numbers. The chapters do not seem to be organized in the most efficient arrangement for teaching. The "playbook" analogy is played out. Finally, this book is riddled with typos.
I bought a used loose-leaf copy and it came in just as expected. It looked brand new, none of the pages were bent or written on, and none of the pages were missing. Fits perfectly in a three inch binder.
