This book is great for any guy that wants to be more of a gentleman. It goes through many social situations (some awkward, some day-to-day) and how a gentleman would appropriately deal with them. For the most part, these tips are accurate and handy, but most of them are just plain common sense. There are also some questionable answers in here, and highly situational ones that cannot really be answered solidly for everyone. For the low price, it's great!
I have a son with Asperger's, which makes social situations more difficult for him to navigate. This book is an excellent how-to for anyone who needs a little instruction for making it in the social world (everybody). Some of the chapters will have to wait until older (dating age), but it's a great resource for current and future interactions for socially adapt and socially clueless alike.
Dont know how to raise a young man. These guided suggestion on manner. Really help provide a gauntlet path for your next Lesson in success, acceptance and approval in the social world of those who would accelerate you in life.Hire you for a job or accept you in that alumni.Good read for all ages.
This book fulfills its goal in providing helpful tips and guidelines to certain situations. As I was reading it, I noticed that I started to develop an attitude that I could address even more situations that were discussed because the book did a good job of teaching principles instead of just addressing certain situations. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants another gentleman's insight on social etiquette.
