The book was listed as "new". I will admit the book itself is new or like new however the access code for Pearsons "mynursingkit" was missing and taken out of the front of the book. This is not a vital part of my learning but it would have been nice to be able to use it to enhance my knowledge.
I bought this book in December of 2013, with all its defects and resold it to you guys just the way I got it in December and it was returned to me. I feel like I was duped and cheated and that is not fair. You people need to actually take pictures of books you sell to others and not make them suffer due to your greed and negligence. This SUCKS!!
The book was new and arrived in perfect condition. Fast shipping. It was required for management class and it is a pretty easy read.
Mary Ellen Grohar Murray was an amazing professor at St. Louis University and the translation of her knowledge and experience as written in this book is a must read for every nurse leader.
introduces the concepts in a rather confusing manner. It's not always clear when new concepts are being introduced or when the previous concept is just being expanded.
This book was in terrible shape. I rented it. It is torn, written in, and just in really poor shape. I hope I do not end up paying for this in the end!
This Book is horrible. The pages are all comming out because they failed to tell me the binding of the book glue was turning loose. What a BOMB!!!!
i got it for school. really easy to follow and gets to the point. not long and drawn out. expensive but it is a text book... so what can you do.
