I bought this book instead of renting hoping I could use it for my practice but it is useless as a guide to management in nursing. It gives information and definitions but not guides or suggestions on practice.
A little hard to read at times if you are taking in several chapters at once. Other than that, clear and informational. I'm biased, though, I didn't buy it for pleasure reading but Stephen King doesn't produce a nursing management book that would capture my entertainment eye, LOL.This is a good book that supports what our class is studying very well.
I was going to buy the book but it was very expensive, I saw this one for less and its the same book as the one we are using at the university But better cause is digital. I have it on my cellphone, PC and tablet.
The book itself is ok. Wish that the page numbers would appear for my app. Really makes it hard to go to a page that the Professor asks when it is doing a percentage of completion and not page numbers.
Kindle Version does not work on windows 8 or Android phones.
The book is in good condition, however as previously stated the online tools are pretty much non-existant. Other elsevier books have online tools that are very helpful. This one not so much.
This is a very good book. Easy to understand and very informative. I enjoyed it. I feel I could use it after graduating, so I have no plans to resell. Thanks.
This book is very hard to read. It will not make a leader out of me. The first chapter was incomprehensible. Why write a book that no one can understand.
