This grammar guide contains helpful information for noun declensions, pronouns, adjectives, and adverbs. However, the most important section in my opinion (they are far more difficult to memorize than the other parts of speech due to the sheer number of forms), the verbs, have a serious flaw. None of the verbs show macrons, or long marks. An FYI for those just starting out in Latin, macrons are essential to the spelling of Latin words, and the presence or absence of a macron often changes the meaning of the word entirely. Most, if not all, Latin professors will consider a word misspelled if it's missing the macron. For research purposes, you'll have a rather difficult time finding the form you're looking for if you have to guess where the macrons go. As such, the entire section on verbs (more than half the guide) is all but useless.

I bought this for LAT 101 this year and it is invaluable. It takes a few days to get the hang of the layout but once you get used to it you can find what you are looking for quickly and will find yourself referring back to it all the time. It made Latin so much simpler and helped me to understand the material much more quickly.

I needed a chart like this to help me with my beginning Latin class. It's well-put-together but the prints are really small. So, if you don't mind the small prints, the chart works fine.

This laminated "booklet" consists of four pages of the basics of using grammar. It begins with the Latin alphabet and works through word order, noun declensions, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, pronouns, conjugations, and much more. Definitely worth the money!

Yes the print type is smaller, not enough to be a cause for eye strain. at $4.95 a great deal for the fundamentals of Latin grammar. Quick and easy to read, this handy study tool hardly takes up any room in your binder. Who know so much information could be packed into only four pages?

I bought 2 of these for my teens who are taking Latin in high school. This is my daughter's 2nd year and she said there are things on this chart that she didn't understand for the final test of 1st year Latin and this would have been really helpful. She is very happy to have this concise gold mine of information. My son is just beginning his Latin studies so the chart doesn't mean much to him yet but will be a great reference throughout the year. The teachers should hand these out in class!!

I am currently working on learning Latin independently and purchased this chart as a complimentary aid. The chart is very useful in that includes a wealth of grammatical information in a colorful and laminated chart. Since I use the reference often the lamination preserves the chart nicely. The chart contains all the declensions for nouns and adjectives as well as all the verb conjugations. In completing exercises and translations the chart makes for a quick and easy way to check word endings and verb forms. The chart also a great deal more information that is easy to refer to as needed. The chart is only a total of 4 pages (tow of which are almost entirely devoted to verb conjugations) so it is easy to flip through as necessary and find what you need or to double check your work. The only reason I didn't rate this with 5 stars is I found the print for the verb conjugations too small to use as an easy reference. I know this is done to provide a lot of information in a confined space but I find it very hard to read. The print size of the other information is fine. I would highly recommend this for students of Latin!

Thanks for quick delivery. The concise review on stiff plastic sheets is great for review. I am thinking of ordering one for myself. This one was for my daughter and she is pleased with it. I goes right into her 3 ring Latin binder.
