I enrolled in CNA and I am surprise with the price, in school they charge almost double the price, good thing I check and buy at it saves me more especially I have a prime member. This book is good to read and its really informative for the student who will take CNA/GNA
Well the book is a decent book for the CNA class I took. I am just not really a CNA type person. We had so much excess to do that wasn't in this book dealing with Alzheimer's that I felt this book was somewhat of a waste but not the book itself. I did the digital version for price difference, and honestly I would prefer it in paper. Anything you need to go back and forth over would be easier in paperback.
i found few pages missing from end of the book that contained abbreviations.Also there were writings in few pages of the book.Writing this review to declare these faults were present when i received the book.Other than that the book is fine.
I am very dissapointed with my purchase. I ordered a new book thus paying $56, I did not want an old book but what I received was an old book with bent corners and several scratches on the cover. Very very dissatisfied!!

The text I received was in decent condition with no obvious markings or excessive damage; however, the cover had some creasing and the corners were slightly dog eared. Not in bad shape at all, but I don't know if I would classify this as NEW...
I wanted to be sure this is what I wanted to do before I went through the course. It gave a lot more information than I even received in class. Glad I read the book first.
