Kay is not only a gifted writer, but a dear friend and truly a woman of God. It is with complete confidence that I write a review of excellence for her work on this book. It is practical, creative and draws the heart of a grandmother to praying more specifically for her grandchildren. I am blessed to have some of the very best grandchildren in the whole world and it is with joy that I lift them before the Throne of Grace daily. This book gives great ideas for caring grandmothers.
I am a grandmother of three girls (19, 16 and 10). Sometimes I can hardly believe that they are almost grown. I am fortunate to live close to them and love to spend time with the girls. I love Kay's book because it really focuses day by day on things to not only pray but actually do. What better gift could a grandma give to her grandchildren then daily prayer. This is a much beeded resource for all grandmas who care about the souls of their grandchildren.
I am a grandmother separated from my grandson's by miles and miles. Even though I can't do much for them due to the miles between us, I can pray for them. This book, which was written by my sister, gives me a guide to help my grandchildren to truly be children of God. I love this book and the stories she relates in it. I am looking forward to her next book. Kay is a true woman of God. You will love this book. It helps you touch your grandchildren daily with prayer, even when they are far away.

Kay's writing sets the stage for grandparents to support, model, and open Christian dialogue with their loved ones-a true gift shared across generations.
Absolutely love this book and have used it as a personal prayer guide for my grandchildren. So appreciate Kay Swatkowski's efforts in making this marvelous book/tool a reality. I know she would give all the glory to God, where it surely belongs through her. A wonderful resource, highly recommended!
I love Kay's talent to put words on her pages. When I read Kay's work, it is like a mini therapy session for myself.I see the difference in my grand children's lives without me saying a word to them. My Heavenly Father does the work in them as I offer up the actions that Kay suggests in her devotional. All I have to express to them is my love. May God bless her with many more inspirations!
What a well-written, well thought-out book that anyone could use as a devotional and a guide to pray for the next generation, whether they be grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, or those that you long to see following after Christ. This is a powerful book that you'll use over and over again. I've purchased multiple copies to give away to sisters-in-law and friends so that they can be encouraged in praying for their families. It's definitely a must-have.
I loved this devotional and sent one to a friend who recently became a grandmother. I think it is a perfect gift for any grandmother who loves and prays for her grandchildren. It also lists other books that are inspirational and helpful for bedtime reading to children.
