I thought thsi was a good book with a lot of practical suggestions of things to do and handle, not only in an emergency situation but planning for life as well. Gives lots of links, and for people to decide what is appropriate for them. It does have a female orienation, and that does not mean it does not cover important items -- just it has a little more style in getting them done.
The only reason I am not giving this book 5 stars is that the table of contents is wrong and many chapters are missing. What is included is excellent. I am hopeful the author will see this and will upload the rest of the eBook to .
This book is by far the most helpful book that I have read so far including videos that I've watched. To me one of the most helpful things was how to get antibiotics because that was a great concern for me. I can't really find anything negative about the book and that's saying something for me. I would recommend any beginners especially the women to read this book I know you feel the same way I do
