The book is good by means of being all-encompassing and very thorough; to the point of being quite exhaustive with constant dates, names, and references.I found it to be quite liberal though. I hoped for a neutral book about such a topic, but found that nearly every positive example was tied to liberals, and nearly every negative example was tied to conservatives. Got annoying to have such a consistent slant.
