Well written and concise. The technique sections are thorough. The book`s size makes it easy to place in your briefcase even though it reads like a major textbook. I use it to prepare for cases.The authors should be congratulated for being the first to provide an honest appraisal of the advantages and disadvantages of MIS.A must for anyone endeavoring in minimally invasive spine surgery.
I purchased this book because it was written by Fessler. What a waste of time and paper. There is nothing original in this book. This soft-cover book is small enough to fit in my lab coat. The pictures look like they were copied from a manufacturer's device monograph. Don't waste your time or money. There are better references available.
