We were happy it was received quickly in the mail. The workbook was described as "Good" but it has a lot of penciled in words inside. The cover also is very creased and definitely looks used from the outside. The seller should have labeled it "Acceptable" instead of good. For this reason, giving this review 3 stars. My student will erase a lot of pages before can use it in front of the English teacher (because at the high school they check for workbooks that already have the answers inside). Overall, satisfied with the purchase, once we erase all the writing. Definitely looks used and worn from the outside cover.
Our children are good readers with above average vocabulary yet they found these challenging - in a good way. Parents will want to review with children because some of the content is not simple although all the answers can be found in the materials.
Helped my son last year very much and he going to use it this year at school as well.

The words in some instances are a bit esoteric in nature but the book over all does have vocabulary value. I would recommend this book
