I bought this for a class I was taking. It has a lot of information in it that is very helpful for surgical technologists, but not everything one would need to know for the profession. I would recommend it to a beginner.
This is an outstanding reference book! It is well written and very detailed. This book provides a great source of reference!
I used this book as a Surgical Tech. student. It's just awful. Very few items in this book look like modern OR equipment. Use this book to pass the tests in class. Otherwise it's pretty obsolete.
