I used this book at a study guide for the nursing certification test in 2000. I passed with flying colors. It is comprhensive and to the point. There wasn't a subject in the test that was not covered in this book as well. This book is a much easier read than the ANNA curriculum. If you are looking to study for the CNN or CDN then look no further.

I've been a Dialysis Tech for a year now. I used this book to get throught the interview process, and we used much of the information in this book in the classroom. It is worth every penny.

This book provides a thorough and easy to understand review of all aspects of hemodialysis.

I have a Masters of Science in Nursing. This was the best written, easiest to read book I have read in a while. Question and answer format. Worth the money.

This is a good book if you or a relative is going to become a dialysis patient. It answers all the questions you could possibly have about dialysis. This is an easy read. Talks about what dialysis is, medications in conflict, why you should not eat certain things and much more.

Whether studying for the CNN exam or needing the 30 contact hours available using this book, it is a detailed and concise review of dialysis. I would highly recommend this book to anyone working or just interested in dialysis nursing.

I am a registered nurse new to dialysis. This book has been extremely helpful in developing a better foundation. Definitely recommend. The only bummer is that not all the pages were property put together so flipping thru it some of the pages come out.

This is a great reference. It not only covers HD, but also other nephrology content (CKD, PD, pediatric nephrology, transplant, etc. In addition, it was helpful and provide great information. It was easy to read. I used it to help study for my Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) exam...which I passed in March 2013. Yay!!
