Used this for my Child Development class, clear and concise. I think it's easy to read and the concepts are intersting. Book breaks concepts down easily and give good examples. Definitely the ideal type of text book that anyone would want for a course.
I like it because it is comprehensive and contemporary. It speaks to why we need to understand the different phases of child development so that we are able to help our children.
