One of the best written textbooks I have had to use. It is easy to find the information you are looking for. But if you are buying this you probably don't have a choice since it is most likely required for school. I have not met Dr. Roussel in person but I have heard through the grapevine that she is a fine educator and an excellent example of nurse leadership.
The book is useful, I just wish the publisher's website was more user friendly. I registered this book but am unable to log-in. I have contacted tech support and will update this depending on the service. In my opinion, for the prices we pay for these textbooks the customer service should rival that of a four star [insert service industry of your choice here].

Lot's of wasted space with the way chapters are printed. Many tables attribute "the author" as source.Many headings without a logical flow, but topics are important to nursing management. It was a text for a DNP course, but seems more geared towards RN-BSN
This book has it all if your sitting for the NEA-BC exam. Wished I had bought it when I first took the exam, it touches on all the questions. It is a great help.
