Even though the book is one of the 1st books written about the NEMT industry. The book is lacking how to? run day to day activities, marketing your service, standard , process and operation Manuel. The book is a seed for the author to get you to take more courses and live training from his seminars. I realize that not that many people out are training in this area. However, paying $99 not worth it at all as you can find more valuable information online for free. After i paid that much to buy his book, which was before it was available in . I don't think i would be paying a $0.01 to get his training..
The price is the reason for the mediocre rating. While I think his products and advice are good, they are priced too high. I did learn somethings about the business of transporting clients.
All of his youtube videos have disabled comments. He has people from Fiverr to make his fake testimonials on youtube. Go to Fiverr and type in "Gregorysheppard", he is one of the guys who made a fake review for this guy.DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

I found this ebook to be very insightful. I am glad I invested. If you are like me and have no prior experience in the medical transportation industry I suggest reading it multiple times. The more I studied it the more I learned. This is not like reading a regular book with a plot and story line. This is a how-to manual that needs to be studies and make notes. You will definitely learn alot.
